Angela Kay Williams, 64, of Roanoke, passed away Thursday, October 19, 2016 after a lengthy struggle with Type II Diabetes. She was the eldest daughter of the late Frank and Helen Williams. Left to cherish her memory are her sisters, Dotti Williams, Melody (Eddie) Counts, and Julie (Buster) Mowles; niece, Jessica (Eli) Mowles-Strauss; nephews, Austin (Brandi) Mowles, Will Counts, and Charlie Counts; and cousin, Dale Anderson of Waynesboro, VA.
