Angela Kay Williams
Angela Kay Williams, 64, of Roanoke, passed away Thursday, October 19, 2016 after a lengthy struggle with Type II Diabetes. She was the eldest daughter of the late Frank and Helen Williams. Left to cherish her memory are her sisters, Dotti Williams, Melody (Eddie) Counts, and Julie (Buster) Mowles; niece, Jessica (Eli) Mowles-Strauss; nephews, Austin (Brandi) Mowles, Will Counts, and Charlie Counts; and cousin, Dale Anderson of Waynesboro, VA. Per the family's request, all services will be private. In lieu of flowers, gifts can be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454 Alexandria, VA, 22312.
