Dear Family , I was so sadden to hear of Josh 's passing . I had the privilege of being his teacher as well as the good fortune of teaching Paige . I loved working with both of them . Your family was a joy to know , and so helpful and supportive . Vickie , I certainly consider you a friend , and my heart breaks for you and your entire family .
