Deborah Jo  Collins (Haley)
Deborah Jo (Haley) Collins, 66, of Hardy, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 21, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William D. and Thelma M. Haley; brother, Michael D. Haley; sister-in-law, Nancy K. Haley; and nephew, Michael D. Haley, Jr.

Her surviving family includes her husband, Michael W. Collins; daughter, Penny Ann Moore and husband, Scott; sister, Bonnie Sue Meador and husband, Kenneth; grandchildren, Trinity Leann and Lauren Moore; great-grandchildren, Dillion, Jake, Mason, and Paisley Moore; father-in-law and mother-in-law, James E. and Josephine Collins; sister-in-law, Brenda S. Fowler and husband, Tom; brother-in-law, Frank Collins; step-brothers, Jim Carter and wife, Margo, and Butch Carter and wife, Diana; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, July 25, 2016 in the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel in Salem. Debbie’s funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 26, 2016, also in the chapel. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
