Condolence: Rocco was one of a kind. He was kind, funny, witty and always honest with you. He liked to keep up with friends and always willing to help no matter what the task. He was part of the coterie of Nottley Highlands in GA, guys that were there to hold each other up and cut up all the time. Game nights were always fun as Rocco always made them interesting with how he played. May you rest in peace and save a spot at the game table for all your friends. Love ya Rocco, Janice

Condolence From: Maureen & Bob Cadow
Condolence: Dear Rosie and daughters, I still see us as kids growing up on the beaches. Our gang from high school was the best. All these years and many of us stayed friends. Jim was mine and I always thought we could make a trip to VA to see you guys. After all, there is always tomorrow........ But we ran out of tomorrows. Do you remember our crazy husbands loaded up water and took it south after a hurricane went through. That was Jim's idea. After all, he just couldn't sit around and do nothing! He called Bob, they got our son's trailer and off they went. I'm sure Jim got a very special ride on the wings of the angel that was sent to bring him home.

Condolence: Rosalie and Family Jim was a very good man, a dedicated American who really cared for his work. I remember when he asked me what he should do when he was discharged from the Coast Guard and was approach by the Agency. I told him to go for it. His service might seem under appreciated but not to those of us who knew him in high school, military/government service. Semper Fi

Condolence From: Alex M. Archibald, Jr.
Condolence: Dear Rosalie and Family, We are so sorry to learn of Jim's passing. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers as you go through this very difficult period. Jim and I go back to our "youngster" days on the beaches off St. Petersburg. We used to play sandlot baseball, Little League baseball, cowboys and Indians, camp on the islands, go to church dances, work at Don's Dock, play high school football....you name it---all the things we could do as youngsters. Jim was very much a positive influence in my life and he will be greatly missed. Sincerely, Arch Alex M. Archibald, Jr. San Antonio, TX
