Sandra G. Helm, of Salem , died Friday at Lewis Gale Hospital . She was born in Roanoke , Va. , a daughter of the late Garland C., and Charlotte Ferguson Helm. Miss Helm was retired from the Roanoke County Treasurer‘s office. There will be a visitation at the John M. Oakey and Son Funeral Home in Salem on Sunday, November 19, 2006 from 6 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 9 East Church Ave. , Roanoke , Va. 24011 .
