Jessie P. Reynolds, 83, of Salem, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2006. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert (Burr) Preston Reynolds; and a son, Robert (Bobby) Preston Reynolds, Jr. Her surviving family includes her daughters, Jeannie Reynolds and Karen R. Palmer and husband, David; brother, Lewis Hampton Parrack and wife, Pat; grandchildren, Tracy Burns and husband, Eric, Ryan Palmer and wife, Beth, and Sarah Garst and husband, Kevin; great-grandchildren, Haley Palmer, Preston Palmer, Lauren Garst, and Samantha Kate Burns; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 29, 2006 from 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2006 at 11 a.m. in the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel in Salem.
