In Loving Memory of
Frantz, Jerry Lynn, 62, of
Salem
, passed away Friday, October 6, 2006.
He was a truck driver for Advance Auto Parts for 10 years and was
predeceased by his parents, Aubrey L. Frantz and Dora E. Tarrant and a
brother, Gernie Frantz. Surviving
family include his wife of 44 years, Barbara J. Frantz; sons, Aubrey
Frantz and wife, Christy of Roanoke, Tommy Frantz and girlfriend, Lisa
Bowers of Salem and Clint Frantz and girlfriend, Katie McGuire of Salem;
sisters and brothers-in-law, Charlotte and Bob Carroll of Roanoke, Betty
and James Edleman of Easley, SC; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and
Leigh Frantz of Burgaw, NC and grandchildren Jessica, Maxwell and Caroline
Frantz. Graveside services
will be held on Monday, October 9, 2006 at 1:00 pm at
Sherwood
Memorial Park
in
Salem
with Rev. Walter Blankenship officiating.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 8, 2006 from 2-4
pm and 6-8 pm at the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home in
Salem
